At Knotted Boards, each piece is made with heart — from custom DIY kits to handcrafted décor. Because many of our items are made-to-order or personalized, we aren’t able to accept returns once your order has been created.
That said, we want you to love what you receive!
If there’s a problem with your order — damaged in shipping, missing pieces, or a quality issue — please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.
Non-refundable items include:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Workshop registrations (unless canceled within 48 hours of the event)
- Clearance or “final sale” items
