At Knotted Boards, every order is packed with care — from our hands to your home. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, please allow a little extra time for creativity to happen before it ships.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Custom and personalized items may take 7–10 business days to complete.
  • During peak seasons (like holidays or workshop launches), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
  • We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever gets your package to you the quickest and most cost-effective way.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Local Pickup

If you’re local to Knotted Boards, you can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup at the studio.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our studio, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us at knottedboards@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it, along with photos so we can make it right.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
